3. Payment Terms
All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and we do not store your payment information.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once service work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may, at our discretion, offer credit toward future services.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, documents, and tools developed by DIALMORE INC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via written agreement.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIALMORE INC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
Our total liability under any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the services in question.

You breach these Terms
Your conduct is harmful to our business, reputation, or operations
You may cancel services at any time, but refunds are not provided for work already completed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York.
